Mindfulness Class

"Hi, I'm Matt and my class is all about mindset, once you change that, there is no stopping the person you can be.  Mindfulness is about being present in the moment and it can help us all develop a more positive mental attitude.  Enjoy learning the techniques you can use to gain a positive outlook during stressful times.

We will work through the different stages of Mindfulness with a focus on a positive mental attitude. Learning the different techniques can help achieve inner peace whilst also being able to give you perspective to see the world more clearly."
