The Age Well Plan

In each class, Susan will draw on her extensive research into longevity and her experience as a health coach to give you the tools you need to live your own age-well life. She'll show you how to make the changes - large and small - that support healthy ageing.

She'll delve into the power of diet, exercise, purpose, sleep, social engagement and environment to help you age well. She'll empower you with the scientific knowledge, motivation  and mindset you need so you can look after your body and give yourself the best chance of ageing well. At the end of every class Susan will link her knowledge to the Goldster classes which can help you the most on your journey.
