Mindful Flow Yoga

Enjoy a short meditation and then move into a sequence of postures and poses designed to gently lengthen muscles, ease tension and connect body and breath in harmonious flow. Set at a moderate level but with modifications provided.

This mindful yoga flow class steadily builds its pace over the course of the practice. After a short meditation, you will be moving into a sequence of standing postures and lunge poses, emphasising spinal twists and hip openers.

This is a warming practice great for purification and developing strength.

WHO recommends that people 65 years or older you should aim to do multicomponent exercise at least 3 times a week. If you are new to any exercise, start by doing small amounts and adjust how much you do based on your fitness and strength levels.
