"Hi, I'm Siân, a Meditation and Kundalini Yoga teacher. The simplest way to explain mindfulness is that it’s like giving your mind a spring clean. Daily life can take its toll on our minds with constant information overload from people, places, and technology. The mind cannot be controlled by the mind alone, therefore practices like meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises can welcome a more peaceful and clearer state of mind.

Through weekly one-hour sessions, we will work together to explore the key elements of mindfulness. These sessions are designed for both beginners and those with experience in mindfulness. You don’t need anything other than yourself, an internet connection, and an open mind."

Benefits of Yoga, a multicomponent exercise, include:

WHO recommends that people 65 years or older you should aim to do multicomponent exercise at least 3 times a week. If you are new to any exercise, start by doing small amounts and adjust how much you do based on your fitness and strength levels.
