Yoga Nidra For Sleep And Relaxation

Ease into deep relaxation with a combination of Restorative Yoga, Nidra, Breathwork and Meditation. Let body and mind start to drift off, sink into the mat and lay the groundwork for a peaceful night’s rest.

Sleep is vital for well-being – yet sometimes incredibly elusive and challenging to achieve. Induce sleep naturally with this soothing Yoga Nidra practice and connect soul, body and mind. Yoga Nidra is a particular form of guided meditation – conducted by a teacher whilst the class is lying down with their eyes closed. It can also be called ‘Yogic Sleep’. The class is guided to drift off and surf between wakefulness and sleep in a state of equilibrium.
